Dinner last night was very COMFORTING… Probably not healthy, but filled our tummies! I was able to use my Goat Cheese from Hammond Farms that I bought at the Farmers Market last week. Also used my Boxwood Basil from the backyard- so I was a happy girl while cooking!!
Stuffed Chicken with Goat Cheese, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Basil was 5 Stars! Here is the link to the recipe on a great blog Bakin’ & Eggs. I tripled the recipe to make 6 chicken breasts!
