Kate Spade Fall 2012 Ostrich Feather Skirt with Bow Belt
The runways are flocking with feathers once again and I am obsessed- I love feathers, fluff and ruffles!! Designers Kate Spade, Ralph Lauren, Louis Vuitton, Jason Wu, Dolce and Gabana are flocking together and fluffing their feathers! A couple of years ago I was dying for an Alice + Olivia Feather Skirt, but didn’t follow through due to the price and its practicality… It hasn’t left my mind since, so now it is now or never!! I do love the dresses too, however I am thinking that if I buy one thing with feathers, it would be a skirt – more versatile!! Pair with a tee, a blazer, a tank, a silk top, and so on… Remember- if the couture labels are donning feathers, so will other labels in a variety of price ranges, so don’t fret if these fluffy feathers are not in your budget… Put feathers on your wish list and don’t be in a rush to find your perfect piece!
