The household rule between my Husband and I is whoever gets out of bed last has to make the bed. Well 9 times out of 10, he is the last one. Fortunately we have a lovely lady that has taken care of our children and our house for the past four years, so he does not have to make it often… However, on the weekends he is usually last to rise and the responsible party. When he makes the bed he puts the opening of the pillowcases facing in, whereas I face them out. I’ve always wondered the proper etiquette for the placement of pillowcase openings, so after a little internet research it turns out… I was doing it correctly all along. The openings of pillowcases should always face out. Do you agree?
